In line with our school’s sports development programme, and with the aim of improving table tennis and producing players at national and international levels, a much-needed Ball Feeding Robot—previously lacking in the school—was donated by Mr. Aruna Peramune, the father of Hasagi Amaya (Grade 4D), a table tennis player from the primary section of Holy Cross College, Gampaha. He generously made this donation using his personal funds. The official handover of the machine to the school’s table tennis division took place on 23rd March 2026. The occasion was attended by Mr. Aruna Peramune, student,Hasagi Amaya, Rev Sr. Principal, the Senior Deputy Principal, the assistant coach, teachers in charge of sports, and officials of the school’s Sports Development Committee
